CHOOSING YOUR COURSE

All our courses are in Kingdom Theology. Selecting the right course for you will depend on your prior qualifications and your goals, defining your personal admissions experience.

If you do not have any prior Higher Education experience, the CertHE (two years)

BA button

or the BA (six years) would be the best choices for you.

GradDip button
If you have prior Higher Education experience, but are without a theology degree, the Graduate Diploma would be the best choice.

Or would like to be equipped in Church Planting and Leadership.

And for those with a degree in theology, the MA would be the best choice.

English Language Requirements

CertHE/BA and Graduate Diploma


If English is not your first language, you would need one of the following:

  • For Swedish students, Upper Secondary School Engelska B or C
  • IELTS 6.0
  • TOEFL 72
  • International Baccalaureate A1, A2 (Standard or Higher) Grade 4
  • International Baccalaureate B (Higher) Grade 4
  • Or International Baccalaureate B (Standard) Grade 5

MA


If English is not your first language, you would need one of the following:

  • For Swedish Students, Upper Secondary Certificate Engelska B or C
  • IELTS 6.5
  • TOEFL 88
  • International Baccalaureate A1, A2 (Standard or Higher) Grade 4
  • International Baccalaureate B (Higher) Grade 4
  • Or International Baccalaureate B (Standard) Grade 5

Transferring Credits to WTC

If you have already completed some theological study, you may be eligible to apply for APL (Accreditation of Prior Certified Learning or Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning). APL means that any prior learning may be considered as credit towards your course. For all instances of APL, please discuss your options with the .

All WTC courses are validated by the University of Chester so any credits you gain during your studies with WTC are transferable to other HE Institutions.
