Ian Dighé, Chairman of the Board of Trustees
Ian has worked in corporate development and investment banking in the City of London for over 20 years, latterly as a Director of the Bridgewell Group plc which he co-founded in 2000. He has also served as a board member of a number of both public and private organisations, including the University Hospital Birmingham NHS Trust, and is currently a Trustee of New Wine. He has been a member of Christ Church in Winchester since moving there in 1991 andhas recently stepped down after eight years as one of the Church Wardens. When time allows, Ian enjoys sailing his boat and game shooting. He is married to Sue, a physiotherapist, and has three adult children, Jonathan, Mark and Alison.
Matthew Frost, Trustee
Matthew Frost has been Chief Executive of Tearfund, a Christian Relief & Development charity, since October 2005. Previously he worked in finance and strategy consultancy, and set up Medair's programme in Afghanistan. He is a member of Holy Trinity Claygate with his family - his wife Kate, and four young children.
Silvia Le Marchant, Trustee
Silvia Le Marchant was educated at Cambridge in Art History, and Kings College London in Christian Ethics. This latter degree gave her an overarching framework for her diverse interests, which include politics; she has been a public policy adviser, school governor, charity founder and director, and is currently Treasurer and Trustee to the think tank CIVITAS. She enjoys Western contemporary and traditional art, and is currently cataloguing an internationally significant private collection. Her other significant interest is family life: she is a stay-at-home mother.
Dr David Landrum, Trustee
Dr Landrum is the (UK) Bible Society's Senior Parliamentary Officer and the Executive Administrator for 'Christians in Parliament' (the All-Party Parliamentary Group for the Christian community in the Palace of Westminster). He is passionate for both the cause of biblical literacy in the political world and the engagement of the Church in political discourse and action. Dave's doctorate examined the development of the citizenship curriculum in the policy process and he now facilitates conversation between church, parliamentarians and political theologians. Originally from Liverpool, he is an ardent Evertonian, is married to Gill, an Intensive Care Sister, and has two boys, David & Jack.
Dr Flint McGLaughlin, Trustee
Flint McGlaughlin is a business leader and a Theologian with a background in Philosophy who currently serves as: Director of MECLABS (an Inc. 500 group of research companies), co-pastor at The Beaches Vineyard, Jacksonville Florida, Director of Enterprise Research at Transforming Business (a Research Unit at the University of Cambridge). Flint has served as a WTC Trustee since March 2008, and is also on the WTC Faculty.
Revd Canon John Hughes, Trustee
John has been ordained for 40 years, serving as Vicar of St John’s Harborne for the last 16 years. He is a Canon of Birmingham Cathedral and a member of the General Synod. He has a passion to train and equip disciples who have a heart to see the Kingdom of God manifest in society. He has seen more than 20 young men and women going forward for ordination from St John’s. John is a Trustee of New Wine and a speaker at New Wine and New Wine International. He is married to Annie, who is a Chaplain of a medical practice, and they have three sons, Tim, Peter and Stephen.
Dr Crispin Fletcher-Louis, Trustee
Crispin was appointed Principal of WTC at its foundation in 2006, having worked as the Resident Theologian at St Mary’s Bryanston Square since September 2004.

Revd Canon Mark Bailey, Trustee
Mark is married to Karen, and they have 3 grown up children, James, Sam and Hannah. Mark has been the Lead Pastor at Trinity Cheltenham for the past 15 years, where, through the grace of God and the power of the Spirit, they have been privileged to see a significant move of the Spirit, leading to substantial church growth in size, worship, mission, community outreach, growth in discipleship and maturity, and the raising up of leaders. Trinity is a multi-congregational, multi-sited church, which seeks to live out the adventure of Christian mission, both in its local community and beyond.
Mark is also on the national leadership team of New Wine, and heads up the Central Southwest region of New Wine. Since September 2009 there has been a New Wine Training Partnership Hub at Trinity Cheltenham.
