Hub Director, East Anglia
An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and grow Westminster Theological Centre’s Hub in East Anglia. With current responsibility for approximately 10-12 students the Hub Director will facilitate and grow a learning and worshipping community providing an environment and foundation for students to succeed in their studies. Together with an ability to build communities, the successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be able to develop strong relational &/or professional networks in the Churches of the East Anglia region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, well organised and proactive with an ability to develop a strategy to grow and develop their Hub over the next three years.
WTC is a pioneering theological educator with a vision to integrate the best of scholarship with the power and gifts of the Holy Spirit to transform, heal and release God’s people into His purposes. Our mission is to deliver transformational theological education within prophetic, worshipping and learning communities throughout the UK and Europe, in partnership with local churches. The successful applicant will see this role as part of their call to ministry, and as such it is a genuine occupational requirement for the Hub Director to be a mature Christian.
The successful candidate will be based at and employed by Fountain of Life Church, Ashill in Norfolk, where the WTC Hub is based, and will work as part of the Fountain School of Theology (FST) team. At the heart of FST’s vision is to make excellent, Spirit-filled learning and theological reflection available in order to equip the Church in East Anglia to know God’s voice better and to release the Church into ministry in all areas of life.
This is a part-time, permanent post attracting an annual salary of circa £17,000 (FTE). Equating to one day per week, flexibility is required for working hours, with an essential requirement for working during academic term-time and in particular on Tuesday evenings between 4 and 10pm. Occasional Saturday and Sunday availability is also required.
