STUDENT LOANS KINGDOM BANK

Student loans with Kingdom Bank are available (subject to successful application) to help with student fees and the cost of study resources (up to £1,500 for books, study aids and IT equipment). Loans are available for up to 6 years of study and a maximum of £30,000 pounds in total per student. The repayment period for the loan is up to 10 years after you complete your programme of study. The Kingdom Bank ethos is to ensure that the loan is as affordable as possible in support of Christian ministry. Currently the interest rate is 9%. This rate will be reviewed and set by Kingdom Bank from time to time. Repayments will begin from month one of the loan period.

Loans can be taken out to top up the cost of fees and don’t have to be for the full amount if you have money from other sources (e.g. your savings, trusts, your church), but will not be less than £1,000 per academic year. Loan capital and interest will be repaid in line with a repayment schedule agreed with Kingdom Bank. Lump sums can be paid at any time during the repayment period, by you or by other supporters (e.g. your church, individuals supporting you.)
