The Academic Calendars for each programme and year group are available below. These detail the Residential weeks, Hub evenings, and submission dates for each cohort.
For all validated programmes, there are two 4-5 day Residential teaching blocks per year when all WTC students from across the UK gather together at the University of Nottingham, Jubilee Campus.
For our specialist Graduate Diploma Track, the Year 2 calendar includes the additional Mini-Residentials outside of Hub nights.
NB: Our Hubs meet on different evenings and these evenings are fixed. For example, Southampton meets on a Monday and NE London on a Tuesday. To check which evening your Hub meets on, please check on the Monday Hub Locations or Tuesday Hub Locations pages.
For the MA in Kingdom Theology, in addition to the two compulsory Residential teaching weeks, Hub-based MA students attend two or three MA Teaching Saturdays each year (depending on whether the taught programme is taken over two or three years).
NOTE: There is no Teaching Saturday for Luke and Acts with Prof Jason Myers.
Students who are unable to make the teaching Saturdays at a local Hub may elect to do the Flexi-MA.
For those with no prior Higher Education experience. The full 6-year BA (Hons) degree programme.
For those with Higher Education experience, but without a theology degree. With optional Church Planting and Leadership track.
