Together with an ability to build communities, the successful applicant will possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong relational and/or professional networks in the churches across this part of the UK. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, well organised and methodical. They will be an outstanding networker, with an ability to develop a recruitment strategy leading to a healthy intake of students each academic year.
